Biznes-Assist is a new Virtual Assistant business specializing in remote administrative support services
for small and medium sized businesses. The business provides an outsourcing alternative for solo and
small practice clients who typically do not have the time, space or budget for in-house staff but have the
same critical need for administrative assistance as their larger business counterparts.

Biznes-Assist works in ongoing collaborative partnership with its clients primarily on a retained basis. Our
mission is to provide clients with expert, off-site business support services that free their time and allow
them to focus on revenue-generating activities.

Operated from my fully equipped home-office, Biznes-Assist provides remote administrative support
offered on an ongoing, monthly retained basis. Overall, the service provided is general administrative
support across the board according to each client's needs.

A client may choose from one of three monthly retainers, which are pre-paid blocks of time that guarantee
our administrative support services for that amount of time each month.
